Do I need to be hands-on with this business?
Owning and operating a franchise requires, like any business, an investment of time, as well as the will to succeed. Individual motivation and hard work are important factors in your success.
How much will be the Return of my Investment?
You can play it safe by putting your money in a savings account with interest earnings as low as 2% per annum, or invest with us and earn as much as 40% interest annually! With this figure, a Franchise has the opportunity to open a 2nd store within 2 years of the first!
Who will look for the location?
The franchisee searches for their own store location and submits the sketch location map and details of the proposed location to the Franchisor approval. Nonetheless, the Franchisor will extend assistance whatever assistance possible for thorough Site Evaluation.
Ideally, branch should be between 30 SQM to 50 SQM with a frontage of at least 4 meters
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term of the franchise agreement is 5 years, renewable to two (2) additional terms of 5 years each for a total of 15 years, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Franchise Agreement
Will I have an exclusive territory?
You will not be granted an exclusive territory. CB ESTRADA Pawnshop shall grant a single unit franchisees for every 35,000 population in a given trade area. However, franchisor will see to it that each site will service the population to the fullest to make the business viable.
What other continuing support will I receive?
We will have you primed & ready for success! We will share all of our know-how with every new franchisee from day one on. We will guide you through the entire process, from site evaluation, design and construction up to daily operational support. You will never be alone! Once in operation you will have access to advice and will be part of workshops that allow you to be better every day. As our franchisee, you will receive continuing support from us during the term of the franchise as follows:
- Sales and operation performance reporting guidance
- Regular field visits and business guidance
- Updates on new products, promos, and services
On top of the start-up support, you will be set up for multiple follow up calls throughout your first year to ensure a smooth and successful start to your business!
What training will we receive as franchisees?
The franchise owner and the designated management team and outlet personnel will be given extensive training both at the franchisor headquarters, as well as the franchisee store. This includes a dry-run or soft opening. The training will be conducted within 30 days before grand opening of the franchisee store, covering all aspects of the business operation and management as well as customer service.
